If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we'll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of delivery however an e-mail. must be sent to warmsensationsmybodyoil@gmail.com, explaining why you want the product returned. After approval you will be sent an e-mail stating your refund will be approved and a shipping label will be mailed to you. Once you receive the label, return the product and once received we will refund your money or send out an exchange of the same or lesser value.  We do charge a 20% restock fee which will be taken out of your refund prior to sending your refund back. In order to receive your refund, the product must be in original packaging and unused.
